Clear answers, without the sales fog
Pricing is custom, route status can change, and the details matter. Start here, then ask Sanju about your specific plan.
01How do I enquire?
Use the Plan Your Adventure form or any contextual WhatsApp button. The form prepares a message with your destination, date, group size, pickup point, and requirements.
02How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on destination, season, group size, pickup, accommodation, activities, and package requirements. Camp & Climb shares a custom quote after discussing the plan.
03How much advance is required?
A 10% advance is required to secure a confirmed spot. Final pricing is shared before confirmation, and payment is handled separately.
04Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI, bank transfer, and cash are currently accepted. Confirm the payment details directly with Camp & Climb.
05Can I request a custom trek?
Yes. Custom itineraries are one of Camp & Climb’s core offerings. Share the destination, dates, group, pickup, duration, and interests you have in mind.
06Can I choose my own accommodation?
Yes, subject to availability. Options may include private rooms, shared rooms, tents, and homestays. Camp & Climb does not imply ownership of every stay it coordinates.
07How many people fit in a camp?
Camp capacity is capped at a maximum of six people per camp. The exact sleeping arrangement is agreed before confirmation.
08What happens if weather affects the trek?
The route or schedule may be adapted, postponed, or stopped. Refund or rescheduling may be available under the operator’s current policy and availability; confirm the terms for your package.
09What happens if I cancel?
Any refund of the security or advance follows the operator’s current cancellation policy. Request the package-specific terms before paying.
10Can I arrange pickup from Chandigarh?
Yes. Chandigarh is a current pickup option. The custom quote depends on the final route, timing, group size, and vehicle requirement.
11Can I arrange pickup from Aut?
Yes. Aut pickup and local transport can be included in a custom itinerary.
12What medical conditions should I disclose?
Discuss heart disease, asthma or other lung conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, a history of altitude sickness, and joint or back problems. Consult a qualified medical professional where appropriate.
13Are high-altitude routes always open?
No. Weather, snow, road access, landslides, local rules, and permission requirements can close or change a route. Always check current status.
14What happens if government permission changes?
The itinerary may need to change, pause, or be postponed. The operator will discuss available alternatives, rescheduling, or the applicable refund position.
